Gurshinder has spent 20 plus years working within the Banking Industry in London, Hong Kong and Dubai and has gained a wealth of experience working in varied management roles. 

In her previous roles, she was with a Dubai based bank where she headed up the Trade Finance business for UK & Europe.  She has a sound understanding of the Middle Eastern, Indian Sub Continent and African markets. 

Gurshinder has also recently launched her successful coaching practice specialising in Leadership Development and High Performance coaching to support entrepreneurs and leaders to achieve remarkable results. 

She is experienced in connecting and collaborating with international networks to create desired outcomes and is an advocate of human centric cross-cultural leadership.
