Noreen is an International Trade, Strategic Marketing and Communications specialist with an international private enterprise and entrepreneurial background.

She is also the principal consultant of a UK-based international advisory firm she set up in 2007, called Market Accents. This WEConnect-certified consultancy has served as a platform for her to engage with clients on projects of varying sizes, at times working in collaborative partnerships with other SMEs and larger organisations to tender for projects within supply chains or to seek to open market opportunities.

Prior to this, she implemented commercial and strategic marketing and communications projects and initiatives with blue-chip, larger and other SME businesses in various industries including hospitality, financial services, and travel, as well as with other B2B and B2C verticals in the UK, Malta and internationally, including Canada and the US.

Noreen is passionate and committed to making a real difference, providing vision and leadership that deliver on values and goals, be it for businesses or the various initiatives she is involved in. She is driven by an ethos to maintain an ethical, dynamic, inclusive and cohesive environment and believes in collaboration for growth. She is a firm vocal supporter of education for girls and women’s economic empowerment.

As a SME entrepreneur and a certified woman-owned business, she has actively promoted inclusion and diversity in supply chains and business models as well as pushed for enterprise education and women’s economic empowerment. She does this through direct involvement as well as through volunteer roles, collaborative partnerships and support through her marketing, communications and editorial expertise.

Noreen’s entrepreneurial, blue-chip, corporate and MSME experience, portfolio career,  interest in the area, subject matter expertise and formal education enable her to participate and contribute  while still operating as a women-owned business. Her goal is to be part of a global legacy for a better future for girls and women, where they are respected and can freely contribute effectively and economically within their families, communities and societies.
