Yvonne Greeves is an accomplished senior leader, Chair and Non-Executive Director with extensive experience in financial services, business transformation, and governance. She previously served as Director for Women in Business at NatWest Group, where she led the design and delivery of the bank’s Women Entrepreneurship Strategy, championing gender equality and access to alternative finance both in the UK and internationally. She has advised financial service institutions globally on their women’s market strategy.

Yvonne currently chairs The Enterprise Fund Limited (trading as Growth Company Business Finance), which provides tailored funding solutions to SMEs across the UK, and Savvitas, a global organisation promoting women’s leadership and entrepreneurship. Yvonne has held multiple non-executive roles and contributes to several government advisory committees.

Recognised as a 2023 AACSB Influential Leader for breaking down barriers and inspiring change in the business sector, Yvonne is a sought-after speaker on gender equality and inclusive finance. She holds an MBA from the University of Glasgow.
